How to download the files once you have ordered property price or property information

Download can be done via sftp client or https protocols which are encrypted access methods. Each customer is identified with their username and password that has been sent via e-mail if specified when ordering.

Availability is basically 24 hours/day with interruptions for service and upgrades and more.

Download via sftp client

As an sftp client, e.g. Filezilla, Winscp or sftp.exe (included in PuTTY) are used.

Delivery files

Delivery files are uploaded as one file for all objects/tables. They are made available at the download file catalogue for up to two months. During the first month, they are stored at the delivery directory and thereafter moved to the subfolder "backup" of the delivery directory. We can recreate deleted files up to 6 months back for a fee of 800 SEK per file.

This is how the different ID numbers are formatted

Social security number

The correct social security number always consists of 13 characters (yyyymmdd-xxxx). Address can be found in Person (37A). There are cases where correct social security numbers do not have an entry in Person (37A). On the one hand, there may be deregistered ID numbers that are no longer available in the Swedish Tax Agency's database when they deleted them for a number of years. (Records in Person (37A) for deregistered social security numbers otherwise only contain names). On the one hand, there may be incorrect social security numbers that are correct in their structure, but the social security number does not exist.

Organization number

The correct organization number always consists of 11 characters. (xxxxxx-xxxx) The third digit is always at least a second. Address can be found in Organization (37B).

Coordination number

The correct coordination number always consists of 13 characters (yyyymmdd-xxxx). The seventh digit is always at least a sixth (for example 19701063–2391). Address can be found in Person (37A). The Swedish Tax Agency does not deliver any change notifications for coordination numbers at present, but the intention is that this will be done in the future. Coordination number is a uniform identity designation for natural persons who are not or have not been registered in Sweden. The number looks like a social security number but the day is extended by 60.

302 number (DG number)

Correct 302 numbers always consist of 11 characters (xxxxxx-xxxx). The first three digits are always 302. The 302 number is a special number assigned to foreign owners, physical (Person 37A) and, in rare cases, also legal (Organization 37B), in connection with them becoming taxed owners. The Swedish Tax Agency will end up allocating 302 numbers, but it is unclear when.

Other

There are ID numbers in today's property register for registered persons and which can not be interpreted into any of the above. These are mainly incorrect ID numbers (for example, social security numbers without a century, reversed digits) and foreign owners' ID numbers (before migration). These have no position in Person (37A) / Organization (37B).

Questions and answers

No, even if only parts of the information are to be used, the whole group must be ordered.

  • Table 34F/34C (Contract use right/Contract easement other purpose)
  • Table 34E/34B (Contract use right/Contract easement purpose)

Some of the information contained in the tables is migrated information. That is - we have tried to interpret the information from the old structure to the new one. When migrating contractual rights, the purposes could not be interpreted, therefore all were included in Tables 34C and 34E, respectively.

The fact that the information could not be interpreted is due to the fact that in the old structure a purpose is often stated with the suffix 'm.m.'. There are also many texts with several purposes and these are difficult to separate and interpret. It was deemed most correct to include everything else in the migration.

UUID is a universally unique identity that is developed according to special regulations. Lantmäteriet uses a UUID that has 36 characters.

Within the enrollment information, UUID has replaced the property key, but the property key is still used in other types of information. The property key will gradually be replaced with UUID as the information is added to the new basic data warehouse.

A connection table holds the information together, for example so that the right prisoner ends up at the right legal speed.

No, the registered name must be in the property register according to the ordinance. Registered person (35Q) contains the registered name that the person had when applying for legal registration / land tenure.

Person (37A) contains the current registered name. Names in Registered Person (35Q) and Person (37A) can be different, for example if a person who owns property gets married and changes his last name.

Organization (37B) contains the current name in the organization register. Names in Registered Person (35Q) and Organization (37B) can be different, for example if a company that owns property has changed its name.

In cases where there are value lists, the text must be in accordance with it. In free text fields (for example the field "Other remark") it can be mixed, it depends on the processing.

If a Legal Service has several remarks, these must be sorted,

  • primarily on Enrollment Day
  • in the second place on Diary number alt. Record number.

Yes, a title deed (table 35A) or a plot righthold (table 35F) always has a matching item in the table Enrollment property (31A). The relationship is found either through the current ownership, the field IR_FASTIGHET_UUID, or through previous ownership, the field GALLERTIDIGAREI.

A Lagfart (35A) can consist of several Prisoners (35K) in that one/several partial acquisitions have been made by one owner. The prisoner must then be sorted;

  • primarily after Registration Day
  • in the second place on Diary number, alternatively File number.

When it is Zero (there is no value) in the KOPESKILLINGSTYP field in table 35P (KOPESKILLING), it can mean, among other things, that:

  • this applies to partial acquisitions
  • it's a mixed "fång"
  • no purchase price is reported.
