What can I find in the standard information?

The standard information states, among other things, who the legal owner of the property is, mortgages and tax information as well as information about community facilities and communities that are connected to the property. In the standard information, you can also get information about deregistered properties.

Fill in the complete name for the property, community or community facility and e-mail address in the form below. Please note that you can only order information on five properties per 24 hours.

A property designation is a unique combination of name and number that is used to distinguish all of Sweden's properties. A complete designation consists of municipality, area, block and unit (for example Gävle Torp 1: 1).

How long does it take to get the order?

The order is handled as soon as possible during our regular opening hours. All information is reviewed and in some cases the delivery time may be slightly longer.

After you have submitted your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a case number and to which e-mail address we will deliver to. If you have not received your order within a few days, check if it has ended up in the spam.
