Change in detailed development plan
Take part in three film clips where Ulrika Dahlberg, National Land Survey of Sweden describes how various changes to a detailed development plan should be handled in the platform.
The terms amendment plan, supplementary plans or similar were removed in 2014 by the Swedish National Board of Housing, Building and Planning and are not included the national specification. They should therefore not be in the national geodata platform.
The change shall be made available in place of the original version thereof. This means that the digital information is updated so that it represents what applies to the detailed plan after the decision to change has become legally binding.
By handling changes to detailed development plans in this way, the user gets a clear picture of which information applies to a certain area.

Planning description and the National geodata platform
The National Geodata Platform links to the planning description. The specification for the plan description's primary target group is those who handle digital plan descriptions outside of the National Geodata Platform. The purpose of it is to realize in a uniform manner the requirements for digital functionality described by the Swedish National Board of Housing, Building and Planning’s regulations and general advice for planning description. A typical area of use is to exchange plan descriptions between different software.
