Real Property Notification Full
This product monitors and notifies on changes for the selection of tables / objects, containing property information, which is ordered for a geographical area (County / Municipality) or a certain specific stock of properties in semi-colon separated text files according to the transfer format (ÖFF).
With Property Notification Full, you can, among other things, gain access to the changes that take place in the General section of the Real Proper Register, the Registration section and in the Address and Building section.
Information from the Tax Assessment section can also be ordered in the product. Notification on tax assessment information is made once a year. Mortgages are only notified for your own property holdings or after being granted in a special examination.
Property Notification Full is always initiated with an initial delivery, which is then followed by notification of all changes within the delivered quantity. The delivery interval for the notification is either daily or weekly.
Real Property Notification Simplified
The product monitors and announces changes based on a geographical area (county / municipality) or a certain specific stock of properties.
The product can only be selected for a very limited number of tables, Table 01A-C Register Unit, 90B Address location light (compulsory).
Property Notification Simplified begins with an initial delivery, which is then followed by notification of changes. If there have been several changes on the same item since you last received a delivery, only the most recent change will be delivered.

How to download the files once you have ordered property price or property information
Download can be done via sftp client or https protocols which are encrypted access methods. Each customer is identified with their username and password that has been sent via e-mail if specified when ordering.

Delivery files
Delivery files are uploaded as one file for all objects/tables. They are made available at the download file catalogue for up to two months. During the first month, they are stored at the delivery directory and thereafter moved to the subfolder "backup" of the delivery directory. We can recreate deleted files up to 6 months back for a fee of 800 SEK per file.
