Fees and product range for the year 2022

General Maps and Geographical Themes
The Products Rights View, Vector Tiles and Land Regulation Provision, Vector Tiles have been removed from the regulation that regulates Lantmäteriet 's products and fees. The reason why they have been removed is re-prioritization of development resources and at present it is unclear when we will be able to launch the products.

For the product Property classification Download, vector has a fee distribution for detailed information volumes added. The distribution allows processors to offer their end users the information set administrative subdivision for a fee of 1% of the annual license fee.

Image and height
No fee or product changes in the field of image and height before 1 January 2022. For the product Scanned analog aerial images , text about scale changes has been removed as it is no longer relevant.

Property information
In the area of property information, product adjustment will be made for the direct access service and the download service that makes community association register information available. The adjustments are made due to changes in the legislation on the maintenance of community association registers.

Geodetic information
No fee or product changes in geodetic information are planned for 1 January 2022.
Geodata collaboration
The annual fee for Geodata collaboration will be increased before 2022 due to Lantmäteriet 's increased administrative costs.
Pledge system
Increased fees for a number of services under View mortgage information, Request and offer mortgage deeds, Change reference and API services. The fee increase will cover increased IT costs for the newly developed Mortgage System.

Decision of the above changes
The fee and product changes have been decided by Lantmäteriet 's board, after consultation with the Swedish Financial Management Authority. The published regulation will be published on Lantmäteriet 's website as soon as possible, and the regulation will apply from 1 January 2022.
