31 January 2022

On May 5, 2021, there will be an update of the Hydrography Download and Hydrography Display INSPIRE services.

All areas are then updated. The download service, Hydrografi Nedladdning, has also changed in terms of content, mainly regarding the themes that meet the Swedish water standard.

The change means that a new access point needs to be called. We therefore ask you to review the systems or applications that connect to this version. The current version 1.0.1 will be phased out on 2021-09-01.

All areas are updated.

In the theme Swedish water standard physical water, the following has been introduced:

  • MainRiver as the main branch instead of RiverReach
  • RiverReach as runoff instead of RiverReachSegment (line)
  • WaterSubSystem as subwater system instead of RiverReachSegment (polygon).

In addition, closure (Outflowlocation) and aqueduct (Crossing) are reported, the latter has also been introduced in the Inspired theme physical water. In addition, additional attributes have been introduced, both Swedish water standard and INSPIRE apply.

From this release, a history file will also be included, containing the ID of the lakes, streams, body lines and unclear body lines whose geometry has changed since the previous release.
