Property classification View

Viewing service according to the EU directive INSPIRE, which presents property information from Lantmäteriet's basic data warehouse. The map information is divided into 13 separate layers. The product name in Swedish is Fastighetsindelning Visning.

For each of the layers in the service, there is one or more predefined presentation methods, so-called styles. By changing the style of a layer, you can influence how the information in that particular layer should be presented.

Maintenance and update frequency

The property division is continuously updated by the surveying authorities in connection with property formation. Within some municipal surveying authorities, the updates take place periodically, which means that they send in the changes that have taken place on a monthly basis. After updating the information, it takes about an hour before it is displayed in the service.

Property boundary

The layer contains:

  • territorial, national, county, municipal, district, neighborhood area and property boundary
  • county, municipal, district and property boundary JB 1: 5

  • sealing boundary for property division
  • sealing limit for property division JB 1: 5
  • parish name limit (Gotland)

Property boundary, quality

The content of the layer is the same as in the layer Property boundary, but the information is presented thematically based on mean errors.

Property boundary, mean error

The layer presents position accuracy for boundaries. The mean error in the position statement is printed on each boundary line.

The layer contains:

  • fishing area boundary
  • line-reported land register fishing, special fishing lot and fishing community
  • point-reported land register fishing, special fishing lot and fishing community

The layer contains cairn, property boundary point and insurance marking.

The layer contains serial numbers and marking type for property boundary point and insurance marking as well as "Rr" and serial number for national cairn.

The layer contains :

  • municipality name, only in municipal clav
  • district and neighborhood district names
  • register number
  • register number in square brackets (shared properties)
  • register number in parentheses (properties with uncertain location)
  • register number for three-dimensional space.

  • parish boundary
  • parish name, only on parish enclave (SN)

Technical framework and standard for display services
