How to apply for a job with us

All your details are saved in your CV account. You can log into this easily and update your details whenever you wish. Your details are processed in accordance with GDPR. By applying, you consent to this processing. Under Sweden’s principle of public access to official documents, your application is a public document.

A confirmatory email will be sent to you when we have received your application. Applications can be made up until 24.00 on the final application day. The advertisement then closes and disappears from the list of current advertisements.

Selection and evaluation

We start to review the applications as soon as possible after the application deadline.

If you are amongst those who best meet the advertised requirements, you will be invited to a personal interview. In recruiting to some positions, we use selection tests to make a first selection. Supplementary, in-depth interviews, selection tests and work trials are further possibilities for final candidates. At the end of the selection process, we contact the reference people you have given.

When a position has been filled, we contact all the applicants concerned. If you attended an interview, we will contact you personally. Otherwise, you will receive an email informing you that the position has been filled.

It normally takes us two to three months (from the application deadline) to decide who is to fill a position. However, if the appointment is subject to security restrictions, it may take a little longer. This is because, amongst other things, we have to carry out checks with the relevant security authorities.

Advertising of vacant positions

As a public authority, we advertise all our vacant positions. We therefore do not handle any requests for interest or spontaneous applications.
