GSD-Locality addresses - Presentation
GSD-Locality addresses contains addresses represented by points within the area covered by GSD-Localities. The address points are retrieved from the Real Property Register and the product is primarily intended to be used as a complement to GSD-Localities. Together they function as input data for geographic information systems, GIS, and can be used for analyses, planning, address search, geocoding and more.
Each locality contains address points within an area that corresponds to Statistics Sweden definition of a locality (more than 200 inhabitants and a maximum of 200 metres between houses), or definition of minor locality (50-199 inhabitants and a maximum of 150 metres between houses). Some adjacent localities have been merged to form one cohesive area.
Addresses are updated continuously.
